      齒型離合器 準確傳遞扭矩

       

      通過齒面的嚙合來傳送扭矩,是牙嵌式電磁離合器的代表產品。
      由於牙嵌式電磁離合器具有(體積小、準確傳遞高扭矩)的特性,加上本公司的獨特設計,使性能更加優化。特別是牙嵌式最重要的齒面、齒型部分經過特殊加工後,實現扭矩的準確傳遞和極其快速的分離。此外,由於獨特的齒面構造,圓周上沒有1點不嚙合(單一定位型),可極其簡單的實現精確定位連接和同步運轉。

      產品特色/優點

      1.小身材,傳遞大扭矩:通過獨特的齒面嚙合結構,所以小身材大扭矩。
      2.無打滑、準確傳遞扭矩:在傳遞扭矩過程中絕不發生打滑。
      3.空轉扭矩為零:斷電後兩側迅速完全分開。
      4.運轉中也可連接:根據不同的使用條件,運轉中(相對運轉)時也可連接。
      5.可準確定位連接和同步運轉:單一定位型是指即使重複的連接、分開都不會改變位置,始終保持固定位置連接。
      6.不管是濕式還是乾式均可使用:根據使用場所、使用目的,可選擇乾式使用,油中使用。
