      只有 Yukiwa 才能保證!刀具筒夾的精度指的是筒夾單體的精度,各公司都未考慮包括刀柄本體的綜合精度,YUKIWA的超級G1刀柄卡盤將主體、鎖緊螺母、夾頭的變化追求極致,本體鎖緊螺母、筒夾的偏差降至最小,實現了業內最初的綜合跳動精度保證5μm以內,這正是用戶所期望的精度

      │高剛性、高夾持力│可在使用力銑刀的水平銑削加工中發揮威力

      ■在高速切削加工和高效率加工中,僅有良好的跳動精度是不夠的!夾持力和剛性也是不可欠缺的因素

      ■通過減少筒夾從本體的突出量並加大本體筒夾插入部的壁厚,確保高剛性

      ■筒夾錐度採用1/10 (5°23′29″),夾持力提高1.5倍 (與YUKIWA同類產品相比),可在使用力銑刀的高速銑削加工中充分發揮作用

      │高平衡│高速切削下依然穩固

      ■在高速切削中不可欠缺的另一個因素是平衡

      ■通過對BT刀柄的V型法蘭前端面及頸部進行全面磨削加工,實現高平衡

      工件的加工表面粗糙度不同!

      如果刀架的剛性不足,則在加工過程中會發生顫振。並且當發生顫振時,工件的加工表面粗糙度就會有差異。一般的銑刀夾頭夾持力大,但不能說剛性高。超級G1卡盤剛性高,銑削時不顫動!不需要整理。您可以在完成的工作中看到差異。

      降低工具成本!

      熱裝刀柄穩定,但與 Super G1 卡盤相比,跳動精度不夠。右圖是客戶使用 Super G1 卡盤的示例,該卡盤最大限度地降低了跳動精度並減少了刀具磨損,從而增加了每個鑽頭的加工量。良好的跳動精度 = 降低刀具成本。從長遠來看,它將大大有助於貴公司的成本降低。

      減少換刀時間!

      Super G1 Chuck 只需用專用扳手簡單地打開和關閉夾頭即可輕鬆更換,因此不需要收縮加熱器等加熱裝置。可以縮短無形工時的“轉換時間”。此外,花時間調整刀具的跳動精度會導致工時增加,從而影響成本。很多客戶說:“在短時間內安裝精度高的刀具,可以降低成本!”
