      綠色 G1 卡盤在刀柄內部具有減振結構,可抑制高速和重載切削過程中的振動。在端銑過程中,可以比傳統刀柄提供更高的進給量,從而縮短循環時間並有助於提高貴公司的生產力。

      粗加工和精加工可以一次完成!

      與傳統刀柄相比,剛性增加,因此即使在高速和重載切削中,表面粗糙度也很好。粗加工用刀柄和精加工用刀柄可以用這個來完成。

      Green G1 Chuck具有減振結構,與Super G1 Chuck一樣保證了5μm的總核心跳動精度,大大減輕了刀具負擔,延長了刀具壽命。

      刀具不會脫落!

      夾頭採用 1/10 錐度和雙錐度方式實現高夾持力,因此即使在高速、高進給加工過程中立銑刀也不會脫落。
