      AXISMATERIA核心技術優勢

      • 組織均勻性優化:改良碳化鎢(WC)晶粒分布,使微結構更加細緻且均勻。
      • 鈷含量穩定控制:確保在高強度、高精度條件下保持耐裂與抗折性。
      • HIP熱等靜壓處理:所有圓棒原料均通過Hot Isostatic Pressing(HIP),進一步提升材料緻密度與強度,降低裂紋與瑕疵風險。

      分為可製作整體型超硬合金和只有尖端部超硬合金的焊接式二種類型 ​
